• 2 Pack Clear Tube (Fits 2 Balls Only, no Tees)– Item WL1748 - $3.30(R) Per Blank Tube (Kitting not included).  
• 2 Pack Clear Tube (Fits 2 Balls + 4 Tees) – Item WL1749 - $3.53(R) Per Blank Tube (Kitting and Tees not included). 
• Golf Tees – Item WL1754 - $0.17(R) Per Tee, tube fits a maximum of 4 Tees. Tees are blank only. 
• Kitting Fee - $1.25(V) Per Tube. 
• Printing on the Tube – Additional run charge of $0.30(V) for a one color/location imprint on tube plus an additional Set Up Charge of  $60.00(V). 
• Additional production time required for kitting.
