PURCHASE ORDER CONTENT: Orders must be submitted in writing. Send order via email. Each order must contain the below information. Complete purchase order (including art) must be received before 1:00pm EST to count for that day. For un-established accounts, production begins upon credit approval and/or receipt of prepayment and proof approval. Factory will NOT contact customer when in-hands date is not provided on the purchase order. Factory will NOT absorb upgraded freight costs when notified of pending event date after order has been placed.

 

WOWLine cannot be held responsible for delays due to incomplete purchase orders or payment. Order and shipping confirmations will be sent to the email address provided on the purchase order.

PAYMENTS: We accept all major credit cards and company checks. Net 30 credit terms will be granted upon approval of credit references. Instant credit checks are available if ASI# is provided and meets credit approval. A resale certificate is required for all states or sales tax may be added to orders.

PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production times are as follows unless otherwise noted on the product pages and begins AFTER receipt of complete purchase order, payment and proof approval. Call for production time for orders over the listed End Column Quantity. 

  • 3-5 Business Days- 1 color imprint on plastic items and crayons.
  • 10 Business Days- Fabric, metal, foam and tech items. Multicolor logos. 
  • 15 Business Days- Decals, 4 color process decals, drinkware and nail polish. 
  • 90-120 Days- estimated turnaround time for custom overseas items. 

Unimprinted merchandise will ship in 1 business day. Orders must be received by 1pm EST to count for that day. 

 

SHIPPING: Orders ship via UPS or FedEx. WOWLine cannot be held responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, natural disasters or anything else beyond our reasonable control. WOWLine cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during shipment. In the event of lost or damaged shipments, please notify WOWLine immediately so that we can file claims promptly on your behalf. No merchandise will be credited or reprinted prior to settlement of outstanding claims with carrier. Shipping quotes are provided as a courtesy and are estimates only, factory cannot be held responsible for differences between actual and estimated shipping charges. Packaging information provided throughout the catalog is subject to change at any time. Shipping charges will be added to invoice unless otherwise requested. UPS air or FedEx air service also available. All air shipment orders must be clearly noted on the purchase order. COD shipments are not permitted. Incorrect address/zip codes will be charged back at $6.25(V) per box plus applicable freight and incurred charges from couriers.

 

FREIGHT COLLECT / THIRD PARTY BILLING: All Freight Collect or Third Party Billing must be clearly noted on the purchase order with the correct account number. Any freight charges incurred by the Factory resulting from incorrect billing information supplied will be charged back plus a service fee of $20(V). A $8(V) processing and handling fee will be applied to each ship to location per order using a 3rd party account number. 

SPLIT SHIPMENTS: Add $10(V) per location if more than two shipping destinations are required. If a 3rd party account number is provided for shipping a $8(V) charge will be added per location. 

 

TRUCK SHIPMENTS: Orders may ship LTL freight upon request, and will be arranged by the factory. A palletization charge of $10(V) applies per pallet in addition to any package handling charges. The factory will schedule all truck shipments. Freight charges will be added to invoices unless shipping freight via third party. If shipping freight via third party the customer must arrange pickup and provide BOL to factory, one business day prior to pick up. 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: (shipments outside the continental United States) Receiver of goods will be responsible for all taxes, duties and miscellaneous charges related to the shipment. Declared value will be actual invoiced pricing. WOWLine is not responsible for delays in customs, ocean freight shipments or air freight shipments beyond our immediate control and transit time is not guaranteed. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties WOWLine will abandon the package and the customer is still fully responsible for the original product invoice. No refund or credit will be issued.

 

HAZMAT/SHIPPING RESTRICTED MATERIALS: Additional fees and declarations apply to shipments of restricted materials. WOWLine ships restricted products via ground throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as certain international destinations (Note: please inquire about your specific country to see what restrictions may apply). Any additional carrier charges or chargebacks will be billed to the customer on a net basis, plus a $25(V) administration fee. WOWLine will always make every attempt to meet your event date.

 

RETURNS: Claims must be made within 30 days of invoice and must be approved in advance by obtaining a return authorization number. Imprinted merchandise is not returnable. Blank merchandise will be accessed a 15% restocking fee. Glow products and headwear are not returnable. 

 

SAMPLES: Samples of imprintable items under $5(R) are free of charge, provided customer gives their UPS or FedEx shipping # for freight. WOWLine cannot provide samples of products which we do not imprint.

 

 

QUOTES: Please email or fax requests for large quantity or custom quotes. This is to ensure accuracy for both parties. 

 

SET UP CHARGES: $55(V) per color / location unless otherwise noted on the product page.

 

RUNNING CHARGES: Product pricing includes a one color, one location imprint unless otherwise noted. Orders will be accessed additional per piece running charges for additional colors, location imprints and decals. Running charges vary depending on the product and print process. Additional location and additional color run charges are listed on the Product Pages. 

 

LESS THAN MINIMUM: Add $25(V) for half absolute minimum quantity. WOWLine reserves the right to exclude certain items including crayons and closeout items. 

 

EXACT QUANTITY: $15(V). 

 

REORDERS: Add $25(V) per color/location plus standard second color/location running charges and PMS Matching Charges, unless otherwise noted under item description. Tech, drinkware, die-cast vehicles, nail polish and Krazy Straw® Cups items will be charged a full set up charge for reorders. Please refer to your previous purchase order number when submitting a reorder. If changes are made to art from previous order a full set up charge will be added to your order. 

 

RUSH SERVICE: Orders allowing less than standard production will be accessed a rush charge. Please call for rates as they vary based on the item and quantity.

 

OVERRUNS: WOWLine reserves the right to ship 5–7% over/under quantity stated on purchase order. For exact quantities, add $15(V). You will be billed for the quantity shipped.

 

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES: Cancellations or changes to orders must be submitted in writing. Cancellations must be made well in advance to the scheduled ship date. Changes may result in a delay of the original ship date. WOWLine cannot be held responsible if a cancellation or change is sent after the order has printed or shipped.

We adhere to strict product responsibility practices to ensure that our products are sourced, manufactured and tested to mandatory and voluntary safety standards and regulations. All of our children’s products comply with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008. Our sunglasses have UVA and UVB protection and our art supplies are non-toxic. In addition, our kitchen and anti-bacterial categories are FDA tested and our Krazy Straw® cups are BPA-free. We utilize accredited third-party testing labs and maintain Certificates of Compliance for all of our items (these certificates are readily available upon request through our Customer Service Department). WOWLine is proud to be an early adopter of PPAI’s product safety awareness compliance program. And we will continue to make every effort to offer safe, effective and quality products.

 

CPSIA: WOWLine takes a very careful approach when determining if any of our items are “children’s products”. Once this determination is made, we follow the necessary steps for compliance with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) of 2008. This includes using accredited, 3rd party labs to perform required testing and testing every 12 months depending upon how often our inventory moves. In addition, WOWLine satisfies CPSIA Tracking Label requirements for children’s products when reasonably practical. 

 

PROPOSITION 65: The Compliance Team at WOWLine is very familiar with the requirements of California Proposition 65. To protect our clients, consumers, and the environment, we regularly monitor published Cal Prop 65 violations, consent decrees and judgments to keep our Prop 65 knowledge updated to ensure we are aware of the latest requirements for compliance. Our products are tested for substances and chemicals that have the highest potential to be present in the materials and components used in them to verify that they meet applicable Cal Prop 65 Chemical Safe Harbor levels so they won’t need any such warning labels on them. The vast majority of our products (including all toys and children’s products) are tested and verified to comply with Prop 65 without the need of a warning label. 

 

CHANGE OF INK: Add $25(V) per color. 

 

ART PROOFS: Requests for art proofs must be stated on purchase order, add $8(V). WOWLine reserves the right to send a proof in the event that artwork may print poorly. Proofs will be sent within 24 hours. Production time begins upon proof approval. 

 

PRE-PRODUCTION PROOFS: Add $30(V) plus all applicable set-ups and second color/location running charges. Production time begins after written approval of the preproduction sample. Custom PMS Match nail polish requires a preproduction sample. Preproduction charge is $250(V). The preproduction charge will be refunded once the nail polish color is approved and an order is placed. 

 

ART REQUIREMENTS: If more than one color, please provide separations and composites. Emailed EPS or AI files preferred. Our art department is PC based but will accept any file if the art meets our requirements. Do not use word processing programs. Convert all art into outline or vector form. If not possible, all fonts must be included with art. Raster art, such as a photo, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, or Quark PageMaker files are not acceptable. Please enclose a hard copy printout in black and white with orders to verify correct artwork and fonts were received. Artwork may be sent on CD or via e-mail. E-mail artwork with the PO# in the subject line. Orders will not be processed until acceptable artwork is received. Imprint size may vary based on artwork provided.

 

ART CHARGES: $75(V) per hour. Art charges may vary depending on the work needed. Please contact customer service to discuss your specific needs. The factory will add type to a logo at no charge. 

 

PMS MATCH: Add $40(V) per color. WOWLine’s stock PMS colors are listed below and are available at no additional charge.

 

 

 

PRODUCT VARIATIONS: Due to measures beyond the factory’s control, color variations amongst orders may exist. Factory reserves the right, without notice, to make changes to the appearance or functionality of products.
