Inside pages are printed front and back on quality 60 lb. paper with a fill-in-the-blank guide for wellness and nutrition logs. Heavyweight black plastic back cover includes an elastic closure, bookmark, and pen loop to keep contents secure. A retractable ballpoint pen comes inserted in the loop for added convenience. One color imprint only.
