General Info
CUSTOMER SERVICE: To assist you in placing your order and to answer any questions, customer service is available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. All orders must be submitted in writing. Phone orders are not accepted.
PRODUCTION TIME: Standard production time for imprinted orders is 10-15 working days. Production time begins after receipt of a complete purchase order and approved emailed or camera-ready artwork. If additional information and/or approval of charges are needed from the purchaser, orders will be placed in hold until that information is received. Production time will be 10-15 working days after we have received purchasers' responses to our inquiry. Orders with in-hands dates allowing less than 10-15 business days may be accessed a rush charge. Please specify in hands date and appropriate method of shipping to meet your deadline. Orders for stock blank merchandise typically ship within 48 hours. Orders must be received by 1pm EST to count for that day.
SHIPPING: Factory ships via FEDEX or UPS. Factory cannot be held responsible for delays or damages en route. Factory cannot be held responsible for difference between estimated shipping quotes and actual shipping charges. FOB New York unless otherwise stated.
RETURNS: Factory return authorization number must be obtained prior to return of merchandise for any reason or receiving department will not credit shipment. Claims must be made within 30 days by contacting customer service. All returns must be approved in advance. Glow products and headwear cannot be returned.
SAMPLES: Blank samples of imprintable items are available at no charge for items that are under $1.00 net. Factory does not sample items that are not imprinted. If a sample is needed of a non-imprintable item, an entire pack must be purchased. Factory reserves the right to exclude any item (s). UPS or FEDEX shipper number or credit card are required for freight.
UNIMPRINTED MERCHANDISE: When placing orders for blank goods that are normally imprinted, you will typically be charged end column pricing. This, as well as any exceptions, will be noted under the price grid of the item.
QUOTES: Please fax or email requests for large quantity quotes or custom orders. This is to ensure accuracy for both parties. Quotes are good for 30 days only. Most requests will be returned within 24 hours.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Factory reserves the right to substitute at any time products of comparable price and styling for those shown in our catalog.
OVERRUN POLICY: Factory reserves the right to ship 5-7% over/ under quantity specified on orders. For exact quantity, orders will be accessed $15.00 (V).
PRICES: Prices are subject to change. Factory will notify purchaser upon receipt of orders with price discrepancies.
TERMS: First time orders are typically prepaid. Net 30 days upon approval of credit references and completion of credit application. A copy of resale certificate must be received to process any orders. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for payment. We also accept company checks, however your order cannot be released until factory is in receipt of the check.
